It has been a while since I have written, a few months at the least. Writing is like a muscle; it must be focused on and utilized for it to grow and stay active. When you get out of the rhythm of writing, you must flex to start again. This is similar to getting in an exercise flow, healthy eating routine, or really just the utilization and progress of any skillset or gift, including spiritual gifts, which the Vatican now approves of, by the way.
Since opening my business a little over a year ago, I have remained true to self, in the essence that this is my journey yet our journey. I consider myself a divine conduit for the collective of those in my resonance. What this means is I feel called to share my journey and my experiences, no matter how uncomfortable, in an effort to connect this to cosmic energies and shifts. If you are reading this, we can relate in some fashion. We can grow and face the mirror through each other. Though trials and tribulations may include painful expression and uncomfortableness, ultimately, they are for the benefit of me and the benefit of the All. Through my experiences with pain, displeasure, anxiety, and any aspect of shadow – most recently “lack” as related to fear of abandonment and fear of disproval – I am able to consciously navigate through these soul aspects in order to express, integrate, and transcend to a higher plane of existence. By doing the work and learning how to do the work, I transcend for the All, adding healing to the collective, making this information more easily accessible to others, and I am able to convey this information to those I work with, helping them through their own darkness.
There seems to be a misconception on planet Earth at this time in relation to darkness versus lightness. Even the phrase “darkness versus lightness” makes it seem as though there is a battle between the two. Is darkness the equivalent to evil? Is lightness the equivalent to goodness? These are rhetorical questions, but the answer is an astute “no.” All is divine, and all is worthy. Your pain is worthy. It deserves to be felt; it deserves to be held. It deserves your unconditional presence, without you pushing it aside in resistance towards the exact feeling you want to banish, which ultimately persists your complaints.
Waking up in the third dimension is multilayered, as you may know. And one of these layers is the perhaps cruel realization that pain and discomfort is a chosen, whether consciously or subconsciously, part of our human experience. There is nothing innately wrong with darkness, just as there is, more obviously, nothing wrong with lightness. In essence, the human experience is the descent from Source, but this is never true or complete separation. How far removed can we get from our divine Creator, and can we make our way back, in the name of expansion and soul progression? Duality is a beautiful part of this experience. The duality of dark and light shows up in various expressions across our multiverse: black and white, the sun and the moon. And its symbiosis is that of balance, pure stillness and the state of “being.”
I challenge you to see your darkness from a new and higher perspective. Rather than seeing it as removed from Source, not of God, see it instead for what it is: a teaching tool gifted to you by God to help you feel your way back to the true essence of your soul. We came here to experience the pain. On a higher level, we are loving this experience and all it encounters, pain included. From the highest level, pain is beauty. When you arise in a state of pain or any emotion that you instinctively do not like and do not want to feel, challenge yourself to be still. The resistance towards an emotion is what keeps it energetically stuck within our subtle body, which as I have said will prolong what you inherently want to let go. Consciously ease into your emotion, no matter how negative you perceive it to be. Give your pain presence. Give it stillness. Honor it as a fractal of your divine Self and Creator. Eventually, you will come to a place of being the observer. You see and honor your pain for what it is, where it came from, and what it is teaching you. You may able to connect with the innate beauty and peace of darkness. Give gratitude, and fill the experience within a bubble of love. This is soul integration.
Not all are able to see darkness within the framework of beauty. Our collective loves to judge, criticize, and demonize people. People are not able to see their judgment as resistance towards acceptance. They are not able to see their trigger points as points of potential for expansion and growth. Sure, be authentic with your being, but, also, do not lose the ear for your soul which knows truth. There is no evil. There is only balance in beauty.
